I appreciated the hotel, its beautiful room and amazing stuff. Even the Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz airport was not so far, 23 minutes drive away.

The triple room had all necessary amenities.

The staff at Delta was exceptional, always speaking English and making an effort to be friendly. One specific situation that stood out was when our room’s air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Despite multiple complaints, it couldn't be fully fixed, which made our stay unpleasant, especially with a baby. However, the staff tried their best to accommodate us. I would recommend this hotel, but improvements are needed in terms of room maintenance and variety in dining options.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel thanks to their exclusive amenities and unparalleled service. The spa and wellness centre provided an array of treatments, including full body massages and a steam room. The sun terrace and garden area made for a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant and the drinks at the bar lounge area. The private facilities made our stay even more memorable.

The only minor issue we had was the location, as there was no direct beach access and the nearest shuttle to the beach was later in the morning. However, this did not detract from the overall luxurious experience we had at this hotel.

The energy of this hotel was friendly, relaxed, and younger than other resorts we've visited. The drinks were well-made with fresh ingredients, and the room was beautiful, with a large, amazing shower and a jungle view. we enjoyed the cleanliness, location, and breakfast at this hotel.

The property is situated amidst lush greenery. Rooms offer picturesque mountain views. Guests who used the gym were satisfied with it. You can expect excellent service from the friendly staff.

The pools were chilly, and there wasn't much variety in dining options.

The property's naturalist design and pools are just stunning, while the staff went above and beyond to make our romantic escape even more memorable. The room was truly beautiful with a big and amazing shower. Plus, we were lucky enough to spot some curious monkeys in the middle of the jungle.

We were expecting a more all-inclusive experience, with more restaurants and food available to choose from. the location was a bit secluded, with no beach within walking distance.
